Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Policies

Clients must book a minimum of 1 hour before the start time of a session.

Clients can book a maximum of 1 month before the start time of a session.

Clients can only book sessions within their current paid period.

Clients with a negative account balance cannot book services.

Clients are allowed to make recurring bookings.
-
Staff are restricted from booking clients using a Purchase Option with an unsigned contract.

Clients may select a date and time first, then choose from the available assets.

Clients are allowed to book multiple appointments.

Clients are allowed to book back-to-back appointments.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A $10 fee will be charged for cancellations and no-shows.

The late cancellation period is 2 hours before the start of a session.

Clients have a 2-hour grace period after booking to cancel a session without penalty.
3. Automatic Payments
3.1 Relationship Payments

Clients who pay on behalf of their relationships will have payments combined into a single transaction if due on the same day.
3.2 Collection of Outstanding Balances

Clients with a negative account balance will be charged automatically.
-
The client's default payment method on file will be used for outstanding charges.

Charges will not be attempted if no valid payment method is available.
3.3 Charge Schedule

Automatic payments will be processed on the 1st of each month.
4. Studio Etiquette & Conduct

Clients must conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and fellow clients.

Clients are expected to follow all studio rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Clients must adhere to the instructions provided by The Barre staff during sessions.
-
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a class or suspension of booking privileges.
By using The Barre’s services, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in restrictions on booking or account suspension.
