At The Barre, we believe that fitness is more than just a workout, it’s about connection. Rooted in the Original Barre method taught by Lotte Berk, our classes honor her strength-building, body-sculpting techniques while also offering Mat Pilates and stretch classes, a perfect complement to barre. Together, Barre, Pilates and stretching create a well-rounded approach to movement, helping you build strength, stability, and flexibility while preventing injury.

The Barre is more than just a place to sweat—it’s a home for community. Our space is designed to bring people together, whether it’s through uplifting group classes, special events, or simply sharing stories. We celebrate wellness in all forms, offering not just a fitness studio, but a space for togetherness.
